While Quantex GmbH makes every effort to deliver high quality products, there is no guarantee that the products are free from defects or errors. Quantex GmbH software is provided "as is", "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, and you agree to install, use or update the software at your sole risk, including but not limited to damages of vehicle ECU or other devices and parts. To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, Quantex GmbH and its affiliated parties hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with respect to Quantex GmbH software and services, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Quantex GmbH will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use Quantex GmbH software, unless otherwise required by law. The maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for the software or service.
